Spreading, Casting of Base Concrete After soil and sediments
were removed by the air lifting, the interior of the steel
pipes were filled with grout. The infilling concrete was
also cast to secure the safety of the cofferdam. When
the cofferdam was completely installed, the works such
as water drain, cobble stone filling, and casting of the
base concrete were performed to finish the erection of
the temporary cofferdam.
