Anchor frames
are used to anchor the anchor bolts of the towers which
connect the tower and the footing. The base of the towers
are subject to axial load and moment. The mom-ent cause
the towers to be lift off unless restrained by prestressing
forces. The anchor frames were designed to resist enough
prestressing forces.
